Located just off Hwy 50, 1 mile east of I94. Across the street from Aurora Health Center, in the Cornerstone Commons Strip mall. (The front doors of Aurora face the back door of the clinic.) It will not say Integrated Spine Care on the window but rather Rheumatology and Immunotherapy Center Suite 110 above door.
